This is such a cool concept! I love the idea of having to go into the actual game files to get clues on how to proceed. I can't wait to see more of this

Great game, I'm really impressed by the progress you've made! I've come across two game breaking bugs. The first one (and by far the most common) causes the screen to stop updating to show any events that are occurring but I can still hear the battle raging around my character. The second one has only happened to me once and it completely froze time within the game. Everything except for my character was frozen in place (bullets, missiles, tank shells, NPCs, etc) and I was able to walk around but nothing else could move. If you'd like me to send you the output_log file I'd be happy to, just reply to this comment with a way to get it to you. Anyways other than that it's an amazing game, great job!
